Eligibility

Children aged 7-21 years old

Affected by a chronic or critical illness

Currently being treated or alumni of one of StoryWish chapter's partner medical centers
Expectations

Be excited to write their own storybook!

Have access to a computer and stable Internet to reliably run Zoom/video calling service and the book creating service, Book Creator or Blurb.

Clear communication with your child life services liaison or with your direct StoryWish mentor.
