Undergraduate students at a registered University StoryWish chapter (Harvard, University of Chicago, Boston College, University of Nevada Reno)

CORI background check cleared

Screened through rigorous application process with written essay and interview

What does StoryWish expect of SWIYA young authors?

Passionate about StoryWish's mission as service-minded students. 

Committed to mentor-young author relationship by recognition of complex situation and dependable mentor for all meetings. 

Attend 6 hours of training specifically covering mentorship and writing for children.
